Ilse Greta Brown

Ilse Greta Brown, age 92, of White Hall, went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 15, 2024. She was born July 25, 1931 in Germany to the late Richard and Elise Schnabel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Brown, her daughter Linda Spadoni and her grandson Shawn Storz and his wife Brooke, two brothers Kurt and Werner Schnabel, and son-in-law Carroll Storz. She enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son Richard Brown and his wife Cheryl of Wichita, Kansas, Ellen Storz of Jefferson, her son-in-law Robert Spadoni of White Hall, grandchildren Kevin Storz (Heather), Brian Storz (Billi), Jason Storz  (Gayla), Kit Storz (Lee Ann), Stephen Spadoni (Anja), Wendy Spadoni, Kelley Brown and Chris Brown, and 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2024, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.
