Herbert Ray Looney

Herbert Ray Looney, 72, of Bradford, passed away July 24, 2015 at White County Medical Center.  He was born June 29, 1943 at McCrory to the late Clarence and Hazel Allgood Looney.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by twin granddaughters, Heather and Hilary Looney; and two sisters, Kathy Tharp and Mary Sue Brown.
He is survived by one son, Dennis Looney of Allen, Texas; two grandsons, Justin and Nicholas Looney also of Allen, Tx.; four sisters, Barbara Pigg of Bradford, Carolyn York of Covington, Louisiana, Shirley Gould of Conway, and Brenda Penkunas of Sheridan; as well as a special friend, Willene Moore of Searcy.
The family will plan a memorial service at a later date.
