Helen Patricia Barger

Helen Patricia (Hopper) Barger, age 68, of Beebe, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 15th, 2021.
She was born on September 4, 1952, in Lepanto, Arkansas to James and Jenny (Lundy) Hopper. Patricia worked many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant at various nursing facilities in the area. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Patricia was an independent and strongwilled lady that enjoyed being around people, spending time with her family, drinking her black coffee, playing Solitaire and Bingo. Patricia had a bright smile that would light up a room and get everyone laughing. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memories are her three daughters, Brenda Wood of Cabot; Renee Barger of Beebe; Angela Barger of Cabot; one sister, Lilly Ates of Beebe; six grandchildren, Ashley Wood, Nikki Wood, Chandler Wood, Jennifer Barger, Billy Barger, Gavin Potts; four great-granchildren, McKinzie Hale, Aubrey Hale, Cole Barger and Parker Lloyd, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Madison Hopper, Dub Hopper, Billy Hopper and Tom Hopper; one sister, Catherine Bartlett.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church 505 North Apple Street Beebe, AR 72012. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 11:00 am also at the church, with Pastor Jason Scheel and Bishop John Scheel officiating. Burial will follow in the Beebe City Cemetery.
Pallbearers for the service are Dalton Salyars, Zack Whitting, Anthony Spaulding, Blake Hale, Devin Long and Dylan Long.
