Hazel House, 92, of Judsonia, passed away August 2, 2020 at her residence. She was born September 28, 1927 at Searcy to the late Beryl and Eunice Betts Heidelberg.
Mrs. House was a lifelong member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church. She had a love and passion for flowers and working in her gardens. She also loved cooking Sunday dinners for family as well as visiting with friends and neighbors.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, JM House; an infant daughter, and daughter, Bettye Jo House; three brothers, Cariel, Harold, and Amos Heidelberg; one sister, Avanell Heidelberg; daughter in law, LaJuan House; grandson, Michael Everett; and great grandson, Jaxon Smith.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy House (Sophia) and Jerry House all of Judsonia; grandchildren, Nina taylor (Heath), Travis House (Carol), Shannon Coffman (Ray), and Andy House; eleven great grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Glenda Sansoucie and Jewel Sharp; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1 until 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Sullivan Funeral Care with graveside services following at 3:00 p.m. at Providence Cemetery.
The family would like to share a special thanks to Brandie Walker, Peggy Louks, Ann Yarbrough, and Maxine Sneed as well as all the ladies from White River Aging as well as the staff of Arkansas Hospice.
