Gracie P Brown

Gracie Pauline Roberts Brown, age 87, of Pine Bluff went to be with the Lord Saturday, August 6, 2016. Mrs. Brown was born June 28, 1929 in Cleveland County, a daughter of the late Alexander Roberts and Mary Brown Roberts. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. Mrs. Brown's greatest achievement was being "Nanny" to all. She was a faithful member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Victor Brown Jr.; daughter Vickie Paulette Rudder; brothers Floyd Roberts, Jimmie Roberts ,Ira Roberts; sister Lucille Cleveland; great grandchild Kaleb Cody Robinson; great-great granddaughter Angel Musgrove.

Survivors include a daughter Mary Ellen Howell of Pine Bluff; brothers Joe Hollan Roberts of White Hall, Olan Roberts of Rison, D.L. Roberts of Sheridan, and Joe Carl Roberts of Pine Bluff; six grandchildren Rex (Wendy) Lloyd, Paula (Bobby) Wright, Steven (Tori) Howell, Penny (Dennis) Lowe, John (Jackie) Rudder, and Victor Rudder; twelve great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Pine Bluff with Brother Neil Quick officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Pallbearers: Shawn Craig, Lacy Cothran, Ronnie Hill, Briar Cothran, Vic Rudder, Kyle Lowe and Dennis Lowe. Memorials may be made to Harmony Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
