Georgia Lee (Schales) Farrington

Georgia Lee Farrington, 78, of Searcy, formerly of Jonesboro, passed from this life March 11, 2015. Born June 19, 1936 in Newport to the late Austin and Bessie Stiles Schales, she is survived by six children, Janet Darty, Joey Hall, Cathey Cline, Abigail Sample, Sammy Cline and Ricky Don Davis; thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Farrrington was the first woman in Maine to be issued a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and among the first in the country.
