Gary Eugene Piker

Gary Piker, 58, of Searcy, passed away December 28, 2016 at his residence.  He was born December 18, 1958 at Bradford, Arkansas.
He was a 1977 graduate of Judsonia High School and a May 2014 graduate of ASU Beebe.  He proudly served in the Army from 1977 to 1980.  He was a lifelong truck driver and a 32nd degree Free Mason with Searcy Lodge #49.  In his past time, he enjoyed gardening, researching history, and seeking others perspective on scripture.
He was preceded in death by his father, JK Piker.
He is survived by his mother, Vernell Piker of Searcy; spouse of 36 years, Karen Piker; son, Adryan Piker (Emily) of Conway; daughter, Lauren Piker (Kelley) of Beebe; grandchildren, Whitney, Presley, and Scout; brothers, Danny Piker (Tonia) of Searcy and Paul Piker (Tammy) of Cordova, Tenn.; and a sister, Lanita Altom (Todd) of Bald Knob as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2017 at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will be at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
