Garry Lee Jacks

Garry Lee Jacks age 48 of Jonesboro, died Friday, May 2, 2008 at his home. He was born September 22, 1959 in Salinas, Kansas, a son of Ralph E. Jacks and the late Laura Mosley Elkins. Mr. Jacks was employed by Delta Consolidated Industries and was of the Baptist faith. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Larry David Jacks; one sister, Karen Brown.

Mr. Jacks is survived by his father and step mother, Ralph and Joyce Jacks of Jonesboro; one son, Jared Jacks of Jonesboro; two daughters, Michelle Jacks and Heather Jacks, both of Jonesboro; two brothers, DeWayne Jacks of Jonesboro, Jimmy Jacks of Tacoma, Washington; two grandchildren and his fianc Debbie Owens.

Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at Rowell Cemetery with Reverend William Summitt and Brother Doney Blackerby officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to service at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.
