Fredrick Vanbrunt Jr

Fredrick Fred VanBrunt Jr., of Sheridan, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at his home. He was born September 2, 1930 in Mulberry, Arkansas, a son of the late Fredrick and Lexie Keck VanBrunt. Mr. VanBrunt was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in Korea. He was also preceded in death by two sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Margaret Hornbeck VanBrunt of the home; three sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Norma VanBrunt of Mabelvale, Steve and Marcelina VanBrunt of Sheridan, and Mark VanBrunt of Sheridan; one brother, Albert (Peggie) Barbaree of White Hall; four grandchildren, Angela Cotton, Anthony VanBrunt, Monique Smith, Charlyn Rosel VanBrunt; four great grandchildren, Paul Edward, James, William, and Stormy.
