Frances M. Wilson

Frances M. Wilson age 83 of Rison, died Friday, December 7, 2007 at Cleveland County Nursing Home in Rison. She was born December 1, 1924 in Brunswick, Maine, a daughter of the late John and Alberta Loewe. On October 1, 1944 she married Marlin Wilson in Brunswick, Maine. Mrs. Wilson was a Dental Assistant and a homemaker. She was the owner of Friends, Ceramics and Crafts and enjoyed reading. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sheridan. She was past president of the Dental Assistant Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin Wilson; two brothers, Oliver and Arthur Loewe; one grandson, Thomas Paul Wilson.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Noel and Charlotte Wilson of the Y Community near Rison, Timothy Marlin and Sue Wilson of Sheridan; one daughter and son-in-law, Alberta and Jerrell Harper of Sheridan; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2007 at Buie Funeral Chapel in Rison with Brother Mark Lindsey and Brother Shawn Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery near Rison. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Chase Coleman, Matthew Wilson, Tim Wilson, Brian Wilson, Allen Harper, Justin Ross, Brad Wilson, Jeff Wilson and James Wilson.
