Frances Howard

Frances Lee Howard, age 74, of Judsonia, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 13, 2024. She was born August 18, 1949, in Black Rock, Arkansas to the late Charles and Irene Ward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Allen Merriman, two brothers, Phill and Parker Ward, and her nephew Rusty Hopper. Ms. Howard was a faithful member of The Way of the Cross Church in Kensett. She also enjoyed playing music, singing, crafting and spending time with her family. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter Teresa Williams and her husband Lonny, grandchildren, Tessarae Harp and her husband Nathan, Heather Ameen and her husband Jason, and Joshua Merriman, sisters, Charlene Smith and her husband Hal, Floy Payne and her husband Bill, Angela Cosby and Elvada Ward, great-grandchildren Tristin, Morgan, Brentley, James and Ryleigh and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 17, 2024, at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at The Way of the Cross Church in Kensett with Bro. Russell Merriman officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery in Judsonia.
