Floyd Wayne Sutton

Floyd Wayne Sutton, 70 of Kensett, Arkansas passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023. He was born on August 21, 1953 at home in Kensett, Arkansas to Floyd Edward and Julia Herrin Sutton.

He spent many years working hard providing for his family.  He thoroughly enjoyed his career as a machinist. When the opportunity arose, he would be the first one to help someone in need. He was quick to work on vehicles, even if it wasn’t always enjoyable, the safety of his family was important to him.

He treasured family time and provided a way for them to see the beautiful country. He led them to many places in the United States, but his favorite was the Rocky Mountains. He kept active throughout the years by hiking, fishing, and teaching his son life skills.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Belinda Sutton, and one sister, Dorothy Lambert.

He is survived by his son, Jerrit Sutton, grandchildren, Morgan and Hayden Sutton, one sister Mary Foshee, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 16th, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
