Ernest Ray Brooks

Ernest Ray Brooks, Sr., 73, of Rose Bud, passed away March 7, 2020 at his residence.  He was born January 20, 1947 at Island 40, Tennessee to the late Lional and Mamie Prater Brooks.
Mr. Brooks was a floor covering installer and an Apostolic Minister for most of his life, evangelizing and pastoring churches all over the central United States.
He married Helen Rose Burton Brooks February 16, 1963 at Gainsburg, Tennesse; she survives.  He is also survived by two sons, Ernest Brooks, Jr. (Sharon) of Pleasant Plains and Daniel Brooks (Leah) of Bradford;  three grandchildren, Jacob ,Marcus, and Tiffany Brooks; seven great grandchildren, Zephaniah, Zachariah, Jeremiah, Tanner, Toby, Tara, and Alayna; three brothers, Bobby Brooks of Cabot, Larry Brooks (Faye) of Cabot; and Terry Brooks (Dianne) of Mabelvale; one sister, Floella White of Kentucky; as well as many extended family and friends.
