Emma Roberts

Emma Jean May Roberts, age 83, of Sheridan passed away on November 12, 2022. She was born July 5, 1939 in Lost Corner, Arkansas to the late Howard and Alice May. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Albert “Curly” Roberts. Mrs. Roberts was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Sheridan and enjoyed, working puzzle books, watching westerns, listening to gospel music and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Janet Roberts, step children Bobby Roberts, Rosi Steele, Neva Lynn Roberts and Kirby Roberts, siblings, Earl May and his wife Chom Sun, Lucille Boll and her husband Marvin and June Harness, grandchildren, Sierra Roberts, Nicholas Roberts and Dustin Roberts and one great-grandchild Rozetta Neal.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2022, at First Southern Baptist Church in Sheridan. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Jackson Cemetery.
