Elois Gossien Morris Oldner

Elois Gossien Morris Oldner of Grapevine was born on December 12, 1930 to Carl and Ethel Gossien. She was a member of Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church at Grapevine. She loved being with her family and enjoyed making and painting crafts. Mrs. Oldner passed away at her home on Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; two husbands, Harold Morris and Johnie Oldner; brother, Ray Gossien; three sisters, Edith Rider, Gearldee Baker, and Shirley Ainsworth; and by her beloved sons, Carl Morris and Ronnie Nickels. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Fisher; grandson, Scott Fisher and his wife, Leslei; two great-grandchildren, Rhett and Laken Fisher, all of Grapevine; three step-daughters, Vivian Sheridan, Kathy Davis, and Gloria Oldner; step-son, Wayne Oldner; four step-grandchildren, Melissa Farmer and her husband, Rocky, Brian Sheridan and his wife, Christel, Tiffany Jones, and Niki Alsup Walden, all of Benton. Mrs. Oldner is also survived by eight step-great-grandchildren of Benton and many nieces and nephews of California. Funeral services are 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine. Burial will follow at Davis Cemetery in Grapevine. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church, 1275 Grant 19, Grapevine, Arkansas 72057.
