Elizabeth Lorene Siepert (Wallis), of Cabot, passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 93.
Elizabeth was born on March 1, 1927, in Newport, Arkansas to Winslow Winfred and Rhoda Isabell (Long) Wallis. She was a member of the Bailey Street Church of Christ in Jacksonville. She was an avid volunteer for many years at the Jacksonville Senior Citizen center. She ran "the country store" and accumulated thousands of hours volunteering and contributing to the center. She enjoyed crocheting and taking care of her cats and her plants.
She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Charles Siepert, Jr. (Stella) of Lockhart, Texas; Donald Lee Siepert (Monica) of Chino, California; Wallace Roy Siepert (Donna) of Manor, Texas; three daughters, Kathleen Tolbert of Clinton, Arkansas; Anna Rebecca Nicholson (Michael) of Rosebud, Arkansas; Mary Jayne Hyde (Bill) of Bradford, Arkansas; One brother, Jerry L. Wallis (Elizabeth) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a handful of great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Siepert, Sr., one brother, Glen Carrol Wallis; sister, Joyce Laverne Burris and a grandchild, Charles Siepert, III.
The family will receive friends for a visitation from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM on Friday, October 16, 2020, at Vilonia Funeral Home Chapel 1134 Main Street Vilonia, AR 72173. She will be laid to rest with her husband in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas at 10:30 AM, October 22, 2020.
