Edward Ray Neal

Edward Ray Neal, age 82, of Alexander passed away Monday, April 28, 2021 at his home in Little Rock. He was born November 4, 1938 in Jonesboro, Louisiana, a son of the late Arthur Edward an Erma Neal.  Mr. Neal was a welder and a Mechanic. Mr. Neal was also preceded in death, his wife Vieola Neal, brothers Elton, Vester, and Deloy Neal, sisters, Katherine Noah, and Viola Varner and one daughter Beverly Moore.

He is survived by his children, Chelcia Ray Neal  (Annette), Camille Renee Taylor, and Allen Arthur Neal, all of Alexander; Delena Bradford, eleven grandchildren, Anjannette Clark, Eliza Neal, Chelcia (CJ) Standridge, Perry Neal, Phillip Neal, Audrey Nardone, Virginia Hughes, Savanha Lee, Jessica Workman, Christopher  Morris and Nicole  Tyler,  18 great-grandchildren;  Veronika Tripp, Kalyssa Anderson, Christian Clark,  Caroline Clark, David and Nathan Standridge, Peyton, Paige and Lisa Standridge, Sydney Lee, Halynn Lee, Ramona Nardone, Isaiah Nardone, Landon Hughes, Jonathon Morris, Tyler Young, Taylor and Tyson Merritt.

The family would like to thank the staff of Kindred Hospice of Little Rock.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan with Bro. David Standridge officiating. Interment will follow in Rhodes Cemetery near Sheridan.
