Edna Lorene Holladay Owens

Edna Lorene Holladay Owens, 79, of Sheridan, died Thursday, December 13, 2007 at her home. Ms. Owens was born August 20, 1928 in Houston Arkansas, a daughter of the late William R. and Tessie Lee Lively. She was a homemaker and a member of North Main Baptist Church. Ms. Owens was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Darrell Holladay, and J.T. Owens; her daughter, Sheryl Bradshaw; one brother; and two sisters.

She is survived by her son, Steve Holladay of Sheridan; two brothers, Glenn Lively of Wye Mountain, Randy Lively of Benton; four sisters, Shirley Harger of Springdale, Patricia Young of Alexander, Linda Loftis of Sheridan, Joyce Harris of Mayflower; three grandchildren, Misty Carter of Sheridan, Meggan Murphy of Sheridan, Abby Holladay of Sheridan; one great-grandchild, Gracen Murphy.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2007 at Buie Funeral Chapel with Reverend Shelton Miller and Chris Carter officiating. Interment will be at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan.
