Don Charles Cooper

June 26, 1944 — April 1, 2013

Don "Danny" Charles Cooper, age 68, of Camden, Arkansas went to be with his Lord Monday, April 1, 2013. He was born June 26, 1944 in Fordyce, Arkansas to the late James S. Cooper and Malissey Cooper. Don was a Unites States Army Veteran serving in Alaska and a truck driver for many years. Don enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Judy Cooper. Don is survived by one son, Paul Charles Stout of Round Lake Beach, Illinois; one stepson, Chuck Block of Camden, Arkansas; one brother, James J. Cooper of Texarkana, Arkansas; three sisters, Dorothy Lay (James) of Sheridan, Arkansas, Ruby Brand (John) of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Mary Johnson (Tommy) of Camden, Arkansas; three grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends that will miss him dearly. and nephews and other family and friends that will miss him dearly. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel in Camden, Arkansas. Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Shiloh Cemetery (Lamartine Community) near Waldo, Arkansas under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan. The family would like to thank all who cared for Mr. Cooper at the V.A. Center, Fort Roots, Wing 1B, Little Rock, Arkansas.
