Derek Wayne Conner

Derek Wayne Conner, age 51, of Pine Bluff passed away on July 29, 2023. He was born January 23, 1972 in Pine Bluff. He was a welder by trade and enjoyed riding horses and gardening.

He is survived by his daughter Kayla Keedy (Karson) of Bryant, his mother Deborah Conner of Rison, his father Larry Conner (Marsha) of Pine Bluff, his brothers, Chris Conner (Cynthia) of Pine Bluff, Gregory Conner (Frances) of Rison, step siblings, Dawn Dunemn and Mark Dunemn, and his grandson, Kurt Keedy and his granddaughter, Klover Keedy, nieces Krystal, Tiffany, Peyton, Shyanne, Zaylie and Mayliegh and his nephews Caleb, Alex and Braxton.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2023, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Ramick Cemetery.
