Delores Colleen (Greer) Crowl Chambers, age 92, of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 24th, 2022 in Richmond, Kansas.
She was born October 22, 1929, in Neodesha, Kansas to Lyman and Grace (Mikesell) Greer. Colleen lived her 92 years to the fullest. She led an active lifestyle until just a few years ago when her health prevented it. She was a dedicated Wife, Mother, Grandma and Nana. Her hobbies included bowling, cake decorating, quilting, camping, boating and gardening.
She is survived by her two sons, James Kent Cowl of Ottawa, Kansas; Archie DeWayne Chambers, Jr. of Beebe, Arkansas; three grandsons; Gary Kent Crowl of Kansas; Jeff Ellis Crowl of Kansas; and Lance DeWayne Chambers of Arkansas and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lyman and Grace Greer; husband of 12 years, Ellis Crowl; husband of 58 years, Archie Chambers Sr.; one son, Gary Leroy Crowl; ten brothers and six sisters.
A graveside service will be held Friday, January 28th, 2022, at 1:00 pm in Maple Leaf Cemetery, 1419 Maplewood Road, Harrison, Arkansas 72601, with Dr. John Scheel and Pastor Jason Scheel officiating.
