Deborah Rogers Smart

Deborah Rogers Strong Smart, age 67 of Pine Bluff, passed away December 6, 2022 at her home.  She was born March 11, 1955 in Houston, TX to the late Jacob and Mary Reed Rogers.  Deborah was a retired nurse and loved spending time with family and friends.  She loved gardening, belly dancing, hula-hooping, and drinking diet coke. Deborah will always be remembered as a kind and loving mother, grandmother, and friend that would do anything for anyone. She will truly be missed.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, and one grandchild.

She is survived by her sons, Brian Strong (Christie) and Jacob Smart (Megan), and her daughters, Audrey Strong and Jackie Smart (Sam) and “adopted” son, (Jack) Mourien of France, by her eight grandchildren and many more family and friends.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
