Deborah Russell Mills

Deborah Russell Mills, age 58, of Sherwood, formerly of Kingsland, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, February 15, 2013. She was born May 16, 1954, in Camden, a daughter of James Russell and Janet Denton Russell. Mrs. Mills worked in Customer Relations with Crain Hyundai Automotives in North Little Rock and was a member of Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church in Monticello. Mrs. Mills was an accomplished pianist and loved to sing. She was a wonderful wife, mother, nana, daughter, sister and friend. She was strong in her Christian faith and in everyday life. Deborah's family was her life. Her unconditional love for them was shown with every breath. She is survived by her husband of forty years, Duane Mills of Sherwood; her father and mother, James "Jim" and Janet Russell of Kingsland; her son Timothy, and wife Samantha; four grandchildren, Blake, Brooke, Laila and Bailey Jo, all of Carlisle; two sisters, Sandy Russell and husband Stanley and Barbara Russell, all of Camden. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at Buie Funeral Home with Brother Shane Russell, Brother David Ray and Brother Chris McGee officiating. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Visitation is 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Pallbearers are Kyle Russell, Jason Russell, Luke Russell, Craig Hanley, Justin Mills, Hunter Logan, Ryan Mills, and Blake Cartwright. Honorary pallbearers are Adam Mills, Stanley Russell, and Mike Russell. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 901 North University, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
