Deborah C. Bradley

Deborah “Debbie” Bradley, age 69 of Rison, passed away June 22, 2024.  She was born October 26, 1954 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Van and Ida Nadine Jones, of the “Y” Community. Debbie attended Whispering Pines Cowboy Church. As a young adult, Debbie worked at JRMC in Central Supply and this is where she met her husband, Jimmy Bradley. Later, she was a homemaker for several years, until her children were older, then she became a Rison Cafeteria worker and really enjoyed getting to know each and every child she served in the lunchroom. Debbie went out of her way to make sure every child not only received food, but also love and attention. Her hobbies included reading and being with her grandkids, as well as eating butter popcorn and pretty much anything chocolate.

In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her son, Jason Bradley.

Debbie is survived by her husband Jimmy Bradley; a son, Joe Porter and his wife, Deana, of Amarillo, TX; a daughter, Ashley Boyd and her husband, Jason, of Rison; grandchildren, Kylie Kelly, Haley Ganley, Quintin Porter, Taylor Watson, Hadley Kelly, Ava Kelly, and Wyatt Boyd; and close family friend, Caitlin Kelly and her husband, Matt, of Houston, TX.

Debbie was very loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service will be at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Buie Funeral Home of Rison, AR with visitation one hour prior to the service.
