David Coleman Pierce

David Pierce, 75, of Searcy, formerly of Woodland, Alabama, passed away May 22, 2016 at Oakdale Nursing Home in Judsonia. He was born January 5, 1941 at Talladega, Alabama to the late Paul Gilbert and Rosie Cosper Pierce.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Margaret Pierce and one brother, Shellie Pierce.
He is survived by one son, Gilbert Pierce of LaGrange, Georgia; daughter, Christine Davenport (Bruce) of Searcy, Arkansas; four step children, Debbie, Glory, Doyle, and Edward all of Alabama; one brother, Paul Pierce (Mary Jim) of LaGrange, Georgia; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
