David Carroll Jones

David Jones Jr., 57, of Garner, passed away May 24, 2019 at his residence. He was born February 1, 1962 at Plattsburgh, New York.
Mr. Jones was a member of First Baptist Church in Beebe and a graduate of the Arkansas School for the Blind.  Mr. Jones went on to hold several occupations to include being a Tool and Die maker for Bob Oneal, salesman for Black Market Auto Sales, working for a sod farm, and a maintenance technician for IFB Solutions; he enjoyed spending time with his family at Lake Catherine and listening to music;  he collected old model cars and enjoyed going to car shows and watching Nascar.
He was preceded in death by his step father, Marvin Stanley; two grandchildren, Larry and Stivyn Jones.
He married Barbara Allen Jones May 23, 1980 at Malvern, Arkansas; she survives.  He is also survived by his mother, Linda Nall of Hot Springs and father, David Jones Sr. (Carolyn) of Malvern; three sons, Charlis Jones (Cindy) of Garner, David Jones (Amanda) of Beebe, Bruce Jones (Tamara) of Beebe; eight daughters, Martha Dillon (Matt) of Beebe, Heather Anzalone of Beebe, Ashley Smith (Jason) of Baytown, Texas, Angela James (Daniel) of Searcy, Mary Blake (John) of Searcy, Brittany Jones of Searcy, Rose Jones of Garner and Martha Jones of Garner; twenty-one grandchildren; one brother; and four sisters.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel.
