David (Eddie) Edward Crutchfield, Sr

David "Eddie" Edward Crutchfield, Sr., age 44 of Hensley, Arkansas passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012. Eddie was born July 25, 1967 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Eddie worked in the construction industry building log homes and enjoyed singing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Crutchfield. Eddie is survived by his father, Freddie Crutchfield of Hensley; his loving wife and best friend, Vickie of Redfield; previous spouse, Patty Vaughn; children and step-children, Eddie (Amanda) Crutchfield, Jr., Chris Crutchfield, Michael, John and Clint Reichard, Sherri, Barbara and B.J. Warrick; brother, Ken (Kathy) Crutchfield; nieces, Karrie, Kendall & Brittney; grandchildren, Christian, Raylie, Mckinlie, Maddox, Jadyn, Annalynn, Johnathan, Ray J, Shianne, Brooklyn and one on the way; also a special friend, Sommer. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 15, 2012 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan. Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Salem Cemetery in East End, Arkansas officiated by Brother Dennis Holmes.
