Clyde E. Tooke age 74, of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord, Friday, December 16, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born December 21, 1936 in Cleveland County, a son of Buck G. Tooke and the late Geraldine Favor Tooke. Mr. Tooke served in the United States Army, serving in Germany. He retired from Central Maloney where he was a tester and was a member of Central Baptist Church in Pine Bluff where he served as a Sunday school teacher. Mr. Tooke enjoyed wood working and crafts. Mr. Tooke is survived by his wife, Sally Barr Tooke of Pine Bluff; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Keith Hooks of Rison; father, Buck G. Tooke of White Hall; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Becky Tooke, Ray and Rose Tooke, all of Pine Bluff; two grandsons, Keifer Hooks and Kolton Hooks of Rison. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 19, 2011 at Central Baptist Church with Brother Allen Elkins officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., prior to service. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Pallbearers are Bo Herring, Bill Jackson, John Kinley, Arlie Langrell, Jim Temple and Floyd Waits. Honorary pallbearers are Keifer Hooks and Kolton Hooks.
