Claude C. Frisbee, 84, of McRae, departed this life November 15, 2014 at his residence with his family at his side. He was born July 19, 1930 in Smithville, Arkansas to the late Elmer Frisbee and Beulah Broadway Barker.
Mr Frisbee was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a retired carpenter with Goff Realty. On April 17, 1975 he married Ethel Caldwell Frisbee at Annieville, Arkansas; she survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Travis and Anthony Frisbee of Batesville, Arkansas and Marty Jacobs of St. Charles, Missouri; three daughters, Barbara Smith of Omaha, Arkansas, Marquitta Wagner of Newport, Arkansas, and Lorena Campbell of McRae, Arkansas; as well as ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Wayne Barker; son-in-law, Laddy Wagner; three sisters, Jean Weaver, Agnos Overturf, and Velma Jackson; and one brother, Gary Barker.
Visiting hours will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 19 at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett until the funeral hour at 12:00 p.m. with Bro. David Chatman officiating. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery in McRae.
