Claire Looney

Claire Looney age 81 of Kingsland died, Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. She was born May 15, 1926 in Roscoe, California, a daughter of the late Joe and Anna Pellicotti Romeo. Mrs. Looney was a Lab Technician before her retirement. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cassville, Missouri. Mrs. Looney was also preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Looney; brother, Frank Romeo.

Mrs. Looney is survived by one son, Danny Looney of Purdy, Missouri; two daughters and son-in-law, Dianna and Coy Ray Martin of New Edinburg, Carla Intessimone of Kingsland; one brother, Leo Intessimone of Granby, Missouri; two grandchildren, Tracey and Robert; two great grandchildren, Kimberly and Bryan; her beloved Chihuahua, Tia. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Clark Funeral Home in Granby, Missouri with Reverend Danny Looney and Reverend Tony Intessimone officiating. Burial will follow in Washburn Prairie Cemetery in Washburn, Missouri. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 29, 2008 at Clark Funeral Home.
