Christina Michelle Santiago

Christina Michelle Santiago, age 36, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton. She was born October 13, 1978 in Pine Bluff, the daughter of Jesus Santiago Falcon and Iva Lee Bevill. Christina is a graduate of St. Martin High School in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. She attended Kingdom Hall in Sheridan. Christina received many awards in the Special Olympics for swimming. She enjoyed coloring, dancing, and watching Scooby Doo. Christina had the biggest heart in the world and loved everyone. Left to cherish her memory, parents, Jesus Santiago Falcon of Pine Bluff and Iva Lee Bevill of Sheridan; brothers, Christopher Michel Santiago (USMC) of Sheridan, Ricky Santiago of Virginia, and Nelson Santiago of North Chesterfield, Virginia; and sisters, Jennifer Reneé Santiago of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Sheila Cortes of Georgia. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan with Brother Mark Hurshman officiating. Burial will follow in Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan.
