Charles Wayne Morris

Charles W. Morris, 77, of Searcy, died February 26, 2016 at his residence.  He was born April 10, 1938 at McRae to the late Earnest and Maudrean Wooten Morris.
Mr. Morris was a retired diesel mechanic and loved old cars, car shows, as well as fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Pat Davis.
He married Nelta Langford Morris June 21, 1956 at Searcy; she survives.  To this union, three sons were born, Jimmy Morris (Linda) of Bradford, Jacky Morris of Cabot, and Lynn Morris (Terry) of El Paso.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Visiting hours are 5-7 p.m. Saturday, February 27 at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett.  Funeral services 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church at Joy.  Burial will follow at the Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
