Charles Lee Hampton

Charles Lee Hampton, 73 of Judsonia, Arkansas went to be with his Lord on September 21, 2023. He was born to Judson Elmer Hampton and Lela Faye Hampton on July 13, 1950 on the outskirts of Batesville, Arkansas.

He and Darlene married at a young age and went on to have three children. He worked hard as a salesman to support his family. He enjoyed building hot rods and teaching the boys how to work on them.  He was saved as an adult and began his journey with Christ. He wrote many poems with encouraging words.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bobby Hampton, sisters, Virginia Croslin, Becky Hampton, and Lois Hampton.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene, Children, Terry Hampton (Gayla) of Judsonia, Regina Black (Brandon) of Judsonia, and Charlie Hampton of Judsonia. One brother, Larry Hampton of Batesville. Grandchildren, Tori Ferguson of Searcy, Cody Hampton (Haylee) of Beebe, Taylor Barber (Adam) of Beebe, Tylor Black (Hannah) of Judsonia, Tatum Hampton of Judsonia, and Savannah Hampton of Judsonia. Great- grandchildren, Asher Hampton, Corbin Moore, Mackenzie Ferguson, Adlee Hampton, Maddie Ferguson, Millie Moore and one on the way that only great grandpa knows the gender of.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Sullivan Funeral Care Chapel from 12:00 p.m. until the service begins at 2:00 p.m. Interment following at Salem Cemetery.
