Charles E. Cheek

Charles E. Cheek, age 70 of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, died Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born on June 2, 1940 in Pensacola, Florida to the late Clifton Cheek and Beulah Heird. Mr. Cheek enjoyed fishing, hunting, and loved to garden. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Novella Cheek; daughter, Tracey (Richard) Ross; step-sons, Greg Tisdale, Ricky Wallace, and Randy Wallace; step-daughters, Lisa Wallace, Lori Bland, and Lashawn Stocks; sister, Belinda (Tom) Nicholas; grandchildren, Abbey and Lexie; nephews, Paul Nicholas and Greg (Jodie) Nicholas; great niece and nephew, Mellissa and Justin.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 29, 2011 at Sardis Baptist Church in Grapevine with Brother Ronald Young officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Branch Cemetery.
