Catherine Virginia Deupree

Catherine Virginia DeuPree, age 96, of Rison died Monday, May 11, 2015. Mrs. DeuPree was born November 28, 1918 in Jefferson County, a daughter of the late Adolph Stroble and Emma Melissa Whittle Stroble. She was a homemaker and a member of Rison United Methodist Church. Mrs. DeuPree was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by a son, John Kleiner and wife, Susan of Jay, Florida; daughters, Carolyn Warner of Russellville, Frances Lightsey of Rison, Arnette Guyer and husband, Terry of Rison; twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren. Graveside services are 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2015 in Greenwood Cemetery at Rison with Brother Josh Bolland officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Rison United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
