Carole Deane Lacefield

Carole Robbins Lacefield, age 74, of Rison, formerly of Humnoke and Brinkley, went to her heavenly home on August 18, 2015. She was welcomed by her parents, Floyd and Violet Trammell Robbins; brother, Larry Robbins; and son, Eddie Lacefield. She was born June 20, 1941. Carole was a homemaker and loved her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. She was well known for her hot rolls. Carole was a faithful member of Rison Baptist Church where she loved to sing. Carole leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter and son-in-law, Anita and John Clifton; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Katie and Brett Davis; grandson, Will Clifton, all of Rison; and sister, Diane Caine of Mt. Ida; and a host of friends and family. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Rison Baptist Church with Brother Danny Allen and Mr. John Clifton officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison. Visitation will be prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rison Baptist Church, Jesus First Building Fund, P.O. Box 404, Rison, Arkansas 71665.
