Buddy Coleman

Buddy Coleman, age 78, of Pine Bluff, died Saturday, December 28, 2013. He was born November 9, 1935 in Rison, a son of the late Joe Claude Coleman and Linnie Massey Coleman. Mr. Coleman was a retired truck driver and loved hunting, fishing, and horse racing. Other than his parents, Mr. Coleman is preceded in death by his son, Randy Coleman and granddaughter, Mendi Catherine Coleman. Mr. Coleman is survived by his sons, Ricky Coleman and wife, Pam of Pine Bluff, Pat Coleman Jr. of Pine Bluff, Ronnie Coleman and wife, Sandra of Rison; daughters, Patty Coleman of Rison and Melissa Coleman Davis and husband, Andrew of Pine Bluff; and their mother, Virgie Coleman of Rison; sister, Betty Lovelady of White Hall; best friend, Carol Allen of Pine Bluff; fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Graveside services are 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Moore's Church Cemetery in Rison with Brother Wade Totty officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Buie Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
