Bobby Lee Taylor, 56, of Quitman, died peacefully in his home November 18th, surrounded by the family that he was so proud of. Bobby loved his family and worked hard from a very early age to make sure they were taken care of. Though he was an equipment mechanic by trade, Bobby had the ability to fix or work on just about anything; and did so for anyone that may have needed his help. Whether they called him Papaw or Uncle Bobby, the children in his life had a special place in his heart; and could get away with anything if he was around. Bobby is survived by Stephanie, his wife of 35 years; children, BJ (Lindsey), Josh (JoBeth), and Diana Taylor; grandchildren, Karlie, Kaitlyn, Wayne, Jacob, Jackson, and Isaac; siblings, Carolyn Johnson (Willie), Johnny Taylor (Becky), Rebecca Mitchell (William), Steve Taylor (Lori), and Roxie Andrews (Mike); and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles that loved Bobby dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, JC and Reba Taylor; brother, Wayne Taylor; and niece, Peyton Taylor Riggs. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2018, from 10:00 - 12:00 pm at Vilonia Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at the Romance Cemetery Wednesday, November 21st at 1 pm. The family would like to give a special thank you to the Hospice Home Care nurses that took such great care of Bobby. We will forever be grateful for the patience and love you showed our family over the last year. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Vilonia Funeral Home 1134 Main Street Vilonia, AR 72173. Sign the online guestbook at www.viloniafuneralhome.com
