Bobby King

Bobby D. King, age 61, of Woodlawn, Arkansas died Wednesday April 15, 2015 at JRMC in Pine Bluff. He was born April 9, 1954 in Rison a son of the late Hoyal King and Eugenia Ratliff King. Mr. King retired from the Arkansas Highway Department and was a welder with Varco Prudent . He was preceded in death by a brother James Howard King. Mr. King loved hunting and spending time with his six grandchildren, and was a Christian. Survivors include his wife Dell Marie King of Woodlawn, whom he married July 20, 1973; three sons, Michael King and wife Heather of Fordyce, Chris King and wife Tiffany of Woodlawn, and Adam King of Woodlawn; two brothers Eddie King and Danny King both of Rison; and a sister Janet Keaton of Rison; and six grandchildren, Jasmine King, Kyleigh King, Zoey King, Laney King, Hailey King, and Aaliyah Insley. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 18 in the Buie Funeral Home Chapel at Rison with Brother Ronald Young officiating. Burial will follow at Prosperity Cemetery in Herbine. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 17 at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
