Bobby Adkins

Bobby Eugene Adkins, 81 of Bald Knob, Arkansas, died October 15, 2024 at Unity Hospital in Searcy. By profession, he was a retired truck driver and mechanic and could make anything run. Bob loved the outdoors, and you could usually find him camping on a river where he would fish with his dogs. 

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Shelly, his parents, Maynard and Maybell Adkins, one brother, Lester Adkins, and one nephew, Nathan Evans. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Dennis (Jackie) of Judsonia, sister, Ruthanne Barnett of Bradford, and sister in law, Shirley Adkins of Bald Knob. 

Bob had six nephews and two nieces, he loved as his own. To those 8 kids, he was the cool uncle and they had the best time with him. Several great nieces and nephews, who will only hear the stories of the Legendary Uncle. 

Bob deeply loved his family as they loved him and he will be greatly missed.
