Bobbie Ann Webb McConnell, 46, of Searcy, Arkansas met her Savior face to face after a battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was born November 12, 1974 to the late Dave E Webb and Peggy Ann Webb Yancey at Searcy. She was a 1992 graduate of Searcy High School, a travel agent for World Travel for several years and a talented aspiring artist. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, E.D. Yancey.
Bobbie Ann was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Searcy, where she was baptized and began her walk with the Lord. Her faith sustained her through her 21-month battle with cancer. Memorials can be made to Trinity Baptist Church 1601 E Moore Ave Searcy, Arkansas.
Survivors include her beloved mother and caregiver, Peggy Yancey of Rossville, Tennessee; loving stepmother, Karen Webb; two children she adored, Gracie Ann McConnell and Landon McConnell; and a cherished brother, Davie Webb III all of Searcy, as well as a host of special cousins, aunts, and uncles and caring friends
A celebration of Bobbie Ann’s life will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Kensett. Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church 1100 E Moore Street Searcy, Arkansas 72143. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all those that lifted them up in prayer and offered help in so many ways as they traveled the journey with Bobbie Ann. Those include Dr. Whit Robertson and his nurse, Sherry Johnston, for their compassionate care, the staff at Arkansas Care and Unity Hospital, and Home Health. We want to express a heartfelt “Thank You” to the employees of Arkansas Hospice, especially Lora, Emily, Stephanie, Crystal, and Annie.
