Billy Ronald Prewitt went home to be the Jesus on November 21, 2023. Billy was born on March 5, 1936. Billy was born in Benham, Kentucky to William and Mabel Prewitt.  He married Janett Ledbetter on December 22, 1956. This year would have been 67 years of marriage. Together, they raised two sons, Ronald and Donald. Billy and Janett lived in Central Michigan where he spent 50 years working as a minster and Sunday school teacher for years and retiring from the City of Kalamazoo.  After his retirement, Billy and Janett moved to Arkansas. Billy’s love for his grandchildren centered around ice cream, milkshakes, donuts and fishing. When he was not with his second love, Janett, he was down at the ponds with his with his third love, fishing! His first love is Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior.

Billy is preceded in death by his loving wife, Janett, Sister; Margie and Tom Ash, Brother; Jack Prewitt, Brother in law; Claude Lyod, and Sister in law; Rose Prewitt,

Billy is survived by and will be greatly missed by his sons; Ron (Traci) Prewitt, Don Prewitt, daughter in law; Sherry Prewitt, Brother; Truman and Patricia Prewitt, Sister; Patricia and Joe Czaplicki, Sister; Sue Lyold (Claude), Brother; Charles Prewitt (Rose), Sister in law; Donna (Jack)Prewitt, Grandchildren; Austin Kempa (Caroline Johnson) Tiffany Janette Prewitt (Jesse Fortin), Levi Prewitt (Natalie Babb), Caleb (Chelsey) Prewitt, Noah Prewitt (Alyssia DeBonnerville), Isaac (Rachel) Prewitt, Elisabeth Prewitt, Anna Prewitt, Justin Prewitt, Abigail Prewitt, and Jonathan Prewitt, Great Grandchildren; Ariella and Everly. Many nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces and many friends!
