Beverly Ellis

Beverly Jean Ellis, age 71, of Sheridan, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 18, 2013, at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born September 25, 1941 in Weed, California, the daughter of the late George Delk Rutherford and Mary A (Finley) Rutherford. Beverly was raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She was a devoted housewife, enjoyed camping and cherished her puppy dogs. Beverly was a member of Little Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Verla Mae Wisely. Beverly is survived by her loving husband, Charles Ellis of Sheridan, Arkansas; two brothers, Ed Rutherford and Kenneth Dale Rutherford, Sr., both of Sheridan Arkansas; two nephews, Kevin Rutherford and Kenny Dale Rutherford, Jr., both of Sheridan, Arkansas, one great nephew, Dillion J. Rutherford of Sheridan, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends that will miss her dearly. Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday February 22, 2013 at Philadelphia Cemetery, Prattsville, Arkansas. Visitation will be 12:30 P.M. - 1:30 P.M., at Buie Funeral Home Chapel Sheridan, Arkansas prior to service.
