Betty Lou Knighten

Betty Lou Knighten, age 52, of Fremont, Indiana, formerly of Sheridan died Saturday, November 14, 2009 in Parker View Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born October 15, 1957 in Sheridan, Arkansas to Clarence and Eva Crutchfield Knighten. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1976. Miss Knighten was a member of Living Water Worship Center in Angola, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, Eva Knighten of Sheridan; her soul mate, Tim Lawton Sr. of Fremont, Indiana; two sisters and brother-in-law, Brenda Harris of Sheridan, Mary (Ricky) Massey of Pearcy, Arkansas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Homer (Patricia) Knighten of Sheridan, Terry (Mary Frances) Knighten of Sheridan; her special boys, Brad (Amber) Beech of Sherwood, Harvey (Ashley) Beech of Cabot.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Buie Funeral Chapel in Sheridan with Reverend C.D. Scott and Lindsey Bellomy officiating. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
