Barbara Maedell Ford, 76, of Searcy, formally of McRae, went to be with the Lord October 27, 2020. She was born June 17, 1944 at Palacios, Texas to the late Herbert Hebel and Willa Mae Coward. She married Dale Ford February 18, 1989 at Paron, Arkansas. Together they shared 31 years of matrimony before he passed away.

Barbara was a twenty-five-year active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, member of McRae Chapter #412. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church in McRae. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. Her fondest memories to share with her family were those spent in the 18-wheeler with her husband.
