Anthony Payne

Anthony James "Tony" Payne, age 60 of Pine Bluff died Monday, September 21, 2015 at his home. Mr. Payne was born October 21, 1954 in North Little Rock, to Albert "Al" and Wanda Florene Payne. He was of the Baptist faith. Tony was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Owens Payne of Pine Bluff; mother, Wanda Florene Calvert Payne of Woodlawn; two sons, Anthony (Kelly) Payne of Midwest City, Oklahoma, James (Rhonda) Payne of Mountain Home, Arkansas; step daughter, Robin (Derek) Franklin of Pine Bluff; two step sons, Thomas (Brandi) Ault, Steve Ault Jr., both of Pine Bluff; two sisters, Joyce Harrison (Mike) of White Hall, Vicki White (Ronnie) of Fresno, Texas; nine grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2015 at Friendship Cemetery in Woodlawn with Brother Charles Woolley officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.
