Andrew David Cummings

Andrew David Cummings age 54 of Pine Bluff, died Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born July 10, 1954 in Pine Bluff, a son of the late Elmer Eugene Cummings and Willie Inez Smith Cummings Love. Mr. Cummings was an employee of Allied Tube and a charter member of Cummings Hunting Club. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert David Cummings.

Mr. Cummings is survived by his wife, Evelyn Maness Cummings of Pine Bluff; three daughters, Millie Jo McClain, Janie Cummings, both of Sheridan, Misti Yount of Pine Bluff; six brothers, William Eugene Cummings of Palo Cedra, California, James Kenneth Cummings, Raymond Lee Cummings, John Albert Cummings, Jimmy Don Cummings and Bobby Joe Cummings all of Rison; three sisters, Barbara Marie Beverlin of Pine Bluff, Mary Elizabeth Vallance of Rison, Shirley Smetak of Fort Stockton, Texas; five grandchildren, Magan McClain, Zack McClain, Sommer Yount, Sunni Davis and Isabela Hernandez; and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Buie Funeral Chapel in Rison with Brother Bob Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Randolph Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Pallbearers are James W. Smith, James K. Cummings, John A. Cummings, Jimmy D. Cummings, James E. Smith, and Kenneth W. Cummings. Honorary pallbearers are Russell Vallance, Daniel Vallance, Mike Cook, Tony Cummings, Clifton Cummings and Robbie Cummings.
