Ada Williams Jones

Ada Williams Jones, 70, of Kensett, passed away January 10, 2016 at The Crossing at Riverside in Searcy. She was born June 3, 1945 at Kensett to the late Julius and Janie Dunlap Williams.
She was a graduate of White County Training School in Searcy. She united with Arnold Tabernacle in Kensett at a young age and was a missionary and stewardess as well as a choir member.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Williams.
She is survived by two daughters, Tonya Smith of Searcy and Janie Mathis of Minneapolis, Minnesota; seven grandchildren, Courtney Pettis, Trey Smith, Jordan Whitney, Quentin Mathis, Sean Michael Mathis, Raven Mathis, and Destiny Paige Mathis; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Julius Williams (Doris) of Kensett, and Curtis Williams (Shirley) of Kensett; and one sister, Reba Young (Tony) of Atlanta, Georgia; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Arnold Tabernacle in Kensett.
